Although the time is tough for any business due to Corona Pandemic and even worst, when the business is dependent on migrant workers. But the well known Ceramic City of India, Morbi in Gujarat is coping up with the problems and turning the problems into an opportunity by recording highest ceramic export in the month of June-July.
We all know that anti-china is on trend due to Corana across the world and majority countries are in search for Chinese alternative in every products, and for Ceramic Tiles & Sanitary Ware Industry, Morbi is the best destination for all the countries across the glob, and perhaps that is the the main reason to have such a huge increase in export in Morbi.
Although industry experts also believe that due to Corana Virus, there is major decrease in products in Italy and Spain and that is also helping Morbi to get more orders from overseas.
Whatever the factor is, but the Ceramic City Morbi is on a roll after lockdown and Industry will get better and better in the coming days due to government support for MSME and focus on initiatives like Aatmanirbhar Bharat & Local Pe Vocal.
On a regular basis the figures are around 1000 to 1200 crores but in July it records highest ever around 2000 crores which is quite a landmark for Morbi Ceramic Industry.
